The pic is at its first day....( a month ago)
No aeration..Now there are more than 20 guppies in the tub..
(I will post current pic of the tub soon)

i have a similar tub. it has 100 odd fry! i put female halfbeaks, guppies, balloon mollies in it when they were carrying 
i dnt use gravel like you, and i keep a Ejet number 2 filter running in it. the fish are heatlhy and growing...
