this is my 37-38" Atractosteus Spatula in the pond.

when i got him almost 14 months back he was a bit stunted to be 23.5" after 3 years being in a very small tank, after i bought him, i moved him to the then pond 9.5' dia pond, when the new pond was constructed i moved him to the larger pond

from day one i never had issues with him and food, he wats pellets and large quantities, i am about to finish my 5 kilo bag of hikari cichlid staple(12 months ago opened the bag).

an amazing creature to observe
