...i guess i have to do a "making of video " one day. I still think that the most important issue in taking aquarium pictures is the light. I use a big softbox and a stron flash. In my experience the small external flashes are not optimal.the flash comes to the tank in a 45 angle ( not only from the top..because then you can avoid shadows under the animals.
there are many little things that you have to take care of...i would not call them secrets because i am ready to share information

Over the years i took more than 500.000 pics of aquatic life and of course there is some experience how to do things. we always should share info in our hobby....because this is what we love and it can give satisfaction and pleasure to other people who have love for the same thing.
