I think the layout suggested by Partha will be good looking. But if you want to setup Dutch style, choose some other layout.

Its quite exciting when planting in dutch with so many variety of plants. I am not an expert of plantation, still would remind you some point to be cleared before final plantation so you dont need to replants again.

1) Light requirement
2) BG, MG or FG plants and whether can be mixed up
3) Leaf size- so gap between plants will be enough.
4) Plants color and positioning
5) You may have problem in planting HC, so try to follow required water level during plantation
6) A spray bottle is must ;)

Hi Spyroji there is no doubt regarding the substrate you have chosen[ADA] is the best... you would have realized that when started planting .By the way am also an ardent fan of hi-tech plants, one of my tank config is 4*1.5*1.5 was having a dutch scape . Believe me it will be hell of a job to maintian it , so as partha suggested plz study which plant suits your setting. IF planning for FG plantz lik HC it requires double attention ,care should be taken not to shade it with stem variety so i wish u ALL THE BEST and will surely keep an eye on your post

cheers
