I have 80 liter aquarium. That is effective temperature control 24 degree to 25 ( Day and Night)
But i face sum problem like over heating of system and water leakage .
Over heating control by blower fan
system cost approximate
1. water cooler 4500/= to 6000/=
2.cooler pump 200/=
3. blower fan 500/=
4.fan adapter 200/=
5 Temperature controller 1100/=
(This controller you con use in winter for accurate temperature control to heater )

It cannot be 20 liters ,I guess it's 30x12x18 so it should be some where around 20 gallons

Off topic:

Nashik is currently having temperature of 41deg. My room is on top floor so it is quite warm. I have a 3' feeter tank and the temperature is controlled by one single 4" CPU fan which runs 24X7. Without any cooling fan the tank temperature reaches around 31 C with that small fan the temperature is stable at 25 deg C. How much can you reduce tank temp in Delhi with the help of fans?

Shy isn't apt, many people aren't used to forums unless they hang out more. Even I had troubles to post messages initially..

It varies person to person. I had lurked a year or so before posting in my first forum! I vote for cutting him some slack.
