Not "Seachem Flourish Excel" I said "Seachem Flourish" Both are not same Excel is Carbon Source but Seachem Flourish is Micro Nutrients..

The wood rock is really cool and awesome! Where did u source it from?
To me it looks like a fossil! Is it one by any chance? Or is it one of those artificially created ones?
