New tank in the making...
Hi all,
Encouraged by the 'success' of my first nano tank ,I decided to crank it up a notch and got myself a bigger tank of dim. 30x18x15 inches.
The light setup is a DIY one which I already built and is ready.
The scape would be dutch-style.The design and plants are yet to be decided
Here are some pics of the tank with the then underconstruction light setup:

Here's the final layout I am going with:
Need suggestions for that 'question mark' at the bottom
And please suggest any alternate plant for murdannia keisak(not available in India).

That's a nice layout, but won't the broad leaves of crypt look out of place in a tank full of fine leaf plants.
Secondly, I doubt that this light might not have enough muscle to grow most of the plants in the list.

From what I calculated,it came close to 2.2 W/G,But I'd add some more if plants suffer.
About the crypt,is there any small leaved one?I wanted to use petchii but its not available in India,I think.

that ply wood might bend and sag into tank. Also with moisture might disintegrate.
