In majority of case major culprit behind blown LEDs is insufficient heatsink.

In order to further take care of the heating issue, i have made hole in the Fan side casing also, so that there is airflow coming on the LED base also. My Heatsink is hangin from the top cover of the hood, there is about 1 inch gap and in this gap the air coming out from the fan is flowing.
I will post pic of this also
