what r u feeding the Anemone here, and what is the feeding frequency.
Nothing!!

Changing water after every 15 days. Salt contains all the supplements required for corals/anemones.
Salt does not provide food for corals and anemones, it provides necessary trace minerals and elements like Calcium, Strontium, Iodine, Magnesium, etc... If you are keeping SPS/LPS corals then you will have to add additional elements as the ones in the salt mix will not suffice...
Corals feed on phytoplankton, zooplankton, bacterioplankton depending upon the type of corals...

Anemones can be fed once a week or once in 15 days.
Carpet anemones are said to have symbiotic algae in their tissues and hence require good lighting to stay healthy.

(My comments are based on whatever little experience I had in keeping a marnie nano for a year, experts can comment better)

You should google their food immediately and not delay till the experts intervene, Rajiv. After spending so much, even for reasons of economy (just one of many reasons, though), it is not advisable to hesitate about the feeding part of pet care;I think it is a very important and basic aspect. We will be very sorry to see such beautiful animals deteriorate from hunger.

Feed anemone prawns which we get in fish market. Half prawn per week is more than enough for this size anemone. You will see the difference within a week. Buy 250gm will last you more than a month. Keep it in deep freeze.
