How are you keeping the front glass so clear ?

Front glass will b clear as I am running water flow 4 times in a day for 2 to 5 mins as suggested by BappaDa ......waiting for my timer ..... I also kept a portion of tank open for excess water vapor to escape

Which shrimps are these? Are the Cardinia sp.?

Nopes these r Macrobrachium species ,,,,,not shrimp actually ,,,,these beauties r 3-4 inch in size
