Fine Sand as Substrate

Hi All,
Can I use the Raith.. commonly used in construction sand as fine sand in planted tanks?
If not what all the options of fine sand like substrate .. any commercial options ?

You can use construction sand in planted aquarium along with soilrite in the ratio of 50:50.
I have used before years in this tank.

when ever you are using sand, best to use the bigger one!!! finer sand will not do good for plants rooting!!!

WIll be keeping in one part of aquarium for some aquascaping and rest part will be ADA for plants rooting

Bare construction sand will close the inlet of your filter so it is best to use white sand.
