have you read about how to culture microworms, its really important that you read and collect culturing materials before getting the starter culture.

actually xargar your location is a bit far.
Anything sent by post will suffer large temp. fluctuations and may not survive
Wait for the temps to stabilize a bit or get it in person by hobbyists
