Same sized, requirement and temperament fishes always good for a community tanks. Most of the large fishes considers small fishes as their food.

you can look at golden gourami or honey gourami if you need a bit bigger var fish.
fits your existing stock. May be just a pair or 2 at max.

wont sugest you to stock anything else at this point of time as the tank is already overstocked.
