do all of the channa andraos have this stunning blue colour in the fins? i didn't see this in the two channa i have seen in person so far.

All of mine have this blue shade.

Channa andrao with blue shade are males while females having red sparkles with blue color.

As Rajiv Ji rightly said, the females have less blue colouration. One more thing, when two males are flaring, they develop Brown-ish stripes.. Anyone observed that? I found it strange.

That is stressed coloration not flaring. When these guys flare the blue gets even more intense !!
