My 32 Litre Fish Tank !!
Hi guys
I have a 32 litres (Chinese made) fish tank.
Specifications are:
L 38 CMS
B 26 CMS
H 47 CMS
I have used brown minute gravel. Also I have some live plants like Java Moss, blyxa auberti (many thanks to Wojtek on the forum) and Amazon.
I also have a small castle like toy for fishes to hide in. I am feeding the fishes Blood worms and tetra bits.
The fishes I have as of today are:
1 male betta
2 tiger sharks
2 red tail sharks
2 red tail rainbow
5 widow tetras
7 guppies
4-5 shrimps, and
2 mystery snails
I know that I have kept a wrong selection of fishes and they are too many in numbers. I have joined this forum to rectify the mistakes and also to make my aquarium look beautiful.

welcome aboard.
1st of, your tank is WAY to small for any of those fish expect for
1: The Betta
2: The Guppy
3: The shrimps.
Everything else has to go.
Just cos it happened to you is no means for you to claim that it will happen to me. Exceptions aren't the rule.

personally, i dont like snails except for MTS and Ramshorns.

Hi friends,
I wish to keep live plants, (though the inbuilt light in the aquarium is not too bright, its just a CFL tube).. please suggest if I can keep and grow live plants (some low light sort of) ? Is it a good idea? I will definitely remove the fishes first.

To grow plants you need substrate and strong lighting.
In CFL lighting and present substrate, you can grow some expensive plants such as Anubias sp., Bolbities, Mosses, Java fern, Hygrophila pinnatafida. etc.
