actual recipe for DIY Fert and the dosing regime

Hi Guys,
I am having Mgso4,potassium mono phosphate,kNO3,K2SO4 and CSM+B.
What I want to know is that ,how will I prepare the stock solution for each dry Fert and what should be the dosing regime ?
What should be the co2 bubble count and what should be the lighting hours.
I am having one 50 and one 30 gallon tank..
