I would also like to know - what is the right way trimming plants and removing top protion or uprotting them and cutting the bottom to desired size and then replanting them?

Nice tank!

I cant find any macrandra or wallichi in this tank, can you point it out?

For redness, first let us know your detailed fertilization regime.

Personally, I dont find any need for dosing K2SO4 additionally.
Insteed follow EI(estimative index) and very gradually reduce the amounts of KNO3, simultaneously increasing KH2PO4(and Fe) slightly overtime. The results dont come out overnight, it takes around 3-4 consistent dosing cycles atleast to show any significant difference.

You've got a lot of plants by mass, its tricky to get hold of right amounts of nitrates(i.e. about 5ppm), while not underdosing it.

Cut top portions of the plants. I advice you to cut your plants from the middle and replant those in empty area. New growth will be dense.
