I understand your curiosity, buddy. But I cant find my camera (forgetfulness is a disease with me) and my cellphone is unable to take a pic that will show this very fine fry-food in the medium. For your sake, I will bring a culture the next time we meet and show it to you. Even the internet does not have photographs that are clear enough but, if u open this link, you will see there is one picture on the right that shows them to be fine white threads swimming in the water... take a look.

Mushroom is a misnomer here, there is a resemblance in appearance only. It is a good bacteria culture that is used to make a health drink using same ingredients used to make tea. just google it and you will see a million websites on it.
