a few things to look for in a cam when u want to buy

- first select the cams that are in the price range u are looking at
- then search which cameras have rechargeable Lithium ion batteries
- once u have filtered them out, then look for cameras that have the PASM functionality.
- once done with that try taking pics with the selected cameras in a fairly dark room, and see if the pics are not grainy, the cameras that give the least grainy pics, will be a good choice.
if u are not able to discern the difference just by looking at the pics, remember the model numbers u had selected in the end, get on the web and try to find out the cameras sensor size(which shall be given in mm ), not the amount of pixels, select the camera which has the largest sensor.
