Brichardi - Species Only Tank

Brichardi's prefer a ph of 8. Nice diet such as Hikari Cichlid Bio Gold or Cichlid Excel or NLS would keep them healthy, provided with good water changes.
Lighting, depends on your plants. As Abhishek said a Pll would be fine.
Btw, which brichardi are you planning to keep ? The normal ones or the albino brichardi?

Alright guys... Thanks to you all. I think if there is any Brichardi keeper here, they can share some pics of their fish & tanks, from which I can get some inspirations and ideads.. Esp. members like 'Abhi' & 'toomanyfish', I've seen some pics of their tanks and they are simply awesome!
@cichlids: Thanks man... I want to keep the normal one, not the Albino sp.

converting into something else now.

Keluthi after doing mazduri(working) for whole week some of us are reluctant so sit in front of the computer again on week ends so expect a delay in our response..
