39w Coral Wave tubelight - Is it good?

Just bought a SunSun light set JL-1000 http://www.sunsun-china.com/en/product/html/?1342.html in Chennai for my 3 feet (40 gallons) planted tank.
It has 4 x 39w (total 156w) coral wave tube lights which are pure white in color. Can you please provide details on this tube light

1. What is Coral Wave? Is it T5 HO?

2. Is it suitable for Planted Tank?

39 watt T5 can be HO

what is kelvin K of tubes?

It says 39w / T5. No K mentioned. Please see the image below.

Normal 3 footer T5s are 21 watt so they would be T5HO.

Is the light output blue or bright white ? Since it says coral wave my guess would be around 10000 kelvin

Yes, it is HO and 10000k. Light output is pure white. Got clarified on other forum also.
