I think Romi's post was quite sufficient

Also, adding driftwood to a pleco tank is a good idea, since they like to chew on it and it also provides them with a good source of fiber, besides beautifying your tanks appearance.

Does Featherfin catfish eats algae too.
Well, i m feeding algae wafers of aquafin & they like it.
I have Sera algae wafers too but i hv observed featherfin not too much interested in it than Aquafin.
Although Silver Dollar's eats everything !
