Based on lot of requests received from farmers and beginners, we are presenting an excellent opportunity to excel in Ornamental Fish Breeding. We are starting the series of training programs with a practical oriented workshop on Intensive Gold Fish Breeding.

Workshop topics:

The three days workshop will deal with the following;

1) Brood stock selection and hatchery management,

2) Unique breeding method for mass production of existing strains and developing new strains,

3) Larval Rearing in tanks and ponds,

4) Pond Preparation, management, and stocking.

5) Gold Fish Diseases: Prevention & cure,

6) Selection and marketing strategies,

7) Conditioning and high density International packing.

This is a initiative by Kerala Ornamental Fish Breeders and Hobbyist group, which share info's and lots more via Social Media, the intention of this program is to spread the new way of artificial breeding method called "Hand Breeding of Gold Fish"

* Workshop venue is the biggest Gold Fish Breeding Farm in Kerala. The training is done by Sonnel Noronha, MPEDA head trainer and a legend in Ornamental Fish Farming in Kerala.

* 100% Practical training, which covers from Receiving of brooders, selecting brood stock, conditioning brood stock, Hand Breeding, Egg Care, Larval care and rearing, harvesting and feeding zoo plankton, rearing in Ponds and tanks, quality control, post packing conditioning, International packing, disease control and cure.

* Every participant will be given a pair and they will breed fishes and rear the fry's.

* Every participant will be given a chance to do all the above steps of breeding to selling.

* Accommodation can be provided on demand, Breakfast and Lunch Inclusive.

* Every one will be given a Breeding Manual and a chance to buy breeding pairs at a reasonable cost.

* Post Workshop assistance in breeding and other aspects.
