Malawi Biotope
Hi all
I have been keeping a lot of south american and central american biotopes and fish and this is my first attempt on the african side of things
Tank size 48 18 18
Lights are custom made leds
White sand and black lace rocks complete the decor
Eheim 2217 for filteration and Jager 200w heater for heating.
Fish include
Red top hogi
Red Zebra
Yellow Labs
Lavender Mbuna
White tail Acei
Powder blue
Demasoni
Fish are fed Nls Cichlid formula,Hikari Excel,Hikari Seaweed extreme,Jbl Novabits.
Fish breed regularly and i keep seeing some frys off and on

looks very nice and natural. what is the water change schedule ? and what are you doing to keep sand this clean ?

The 2217 is doing well for now...lets see if it falls short i will add another
Water change is twice a week 40 percent.I dont do anything they keep digging around
