ANY ONE ALTERED SODA MAKER CO2 CYLINDER COMPATIBLE FOR PLANTED AQUARIUMS ?
any idea regarding
here is 270 gram cylinder

There is no difference between Fire extinguisher cylinder and that for planted tank apart from the internal tube in extinguisher.
Soda maker is all together a different story. the valves not standard so some short of specialized valve would be needed.
One of our friend at Aquapetz did tried this and was successful but concluded that its not economical.

I had used it for about 2 years but gave up. There are many issues like leakages, etc.

have searched a lot about the soda maker cylinder few years back but gave up as it was costing up same...

there is a small adapter to suite the normal regulator to get fitted on sodamaker cylinder
iam looking for it

Neil the adapter that you are looking for is not easily available, i was also looking for same and finally gave up. i also tried to get in touch with the factory but for 1 pcs they said very very high price as they need to make dye for the stuff and all.... so gave up the idea
if you find something share here that ll be great help to others as well
