A similar trap can be used for shrimps too.

this is best way, i have being using for some time. To make it faster pierce whole on the base of bottle with sewing needle.

This trap if put in shrimp tank will also get shrimps in it also and if left over night, the planeria kills the shrimps, thats my experience.
