marselia hirsuta and saggitaria subulata are easy foreground plants.

the main ptob I had found that both sag and merselia that they need nutrition rich substrate but I hade sand look like no foreground plant is suitable for my setup

Don't worry about nutrient substrate. Most of the aquatic plants uses substrate just for anchoring themselves. The get nutrients from water.

can I use java moss? as foreground plant? expert give a brief idea and is moss suitable for my setup?

java moss is not suitable in foreground. it will get dirt.

its beautiful. I know some people who can't manage to make a tank like this even with lots of money. Good planted tank is all about dedication not money.
