@Sushant, will there be issue if canisters are kept at a same level?
I am unaware of it, and if any issue then can shift it to middle layer :)

As long as the surface level of water is above the filter it should be fine, but keeping the filter below the tank would be better.

So will do one thing then, will shift all the canister in bottom rack and the tanks in top 2 layers?

I am also not aware with this issue. Once I kept the canister filter over the tank. But I felt there was no issue of performance.

sorry for getting slightly off topic Abhishek bhai, but what material is best for making aquarium racks, wood or steel?
I keep my tanks on a wood rack but after several years its starting to give out, its molding very badly and I have to make a new one sooner or later.
I thought steel but steel will rust too. Thoughts.

Naufil, mine is made of iron and its 3-4 years old and doing good job.
