You can use Pll or T5s, lower the water level in the starting is better to ease the initial hurdle.

Yes, I also bought t5Ho at Delhi along with reflector.(many thanks to Amir)

in market there are phillips T5 LED tube also available, is this fulfill my requirment??

First of all check there color spectrum. If there are around 6500 K, can use in a planted tank.

The Philips LED tube is warm white and hence may not be suitable for planted tanks.

Fluval T5HO is also available on Ebay...cheaper than Delhi LFS
