For the past few days, I am seeing a very strange Algae in my tank. This is the first time in the entire life cycle of my hobby I am seeing this kind of Algae. Frequent water changes are not possible due to scarcity of water & guests at home. Today morning dosed about 10 ml of Hydrogen Peroxide in the tank (water capacity 230 ltrs) and switched off all the lights.
Here are some pictures, Is there any other solution?

That's cyanobacteria. It's grows due to excess micronutrients so you may be adding too much.

Any dead fish can flow down the river but it takes a live one to swim back up stream.
