Adding more pics.
This is how we kicked it off! All the initial registration money went into printing posters for prominent LFS in the city. Thanks to them the word spread to places where social media dint reach.
Thanks to the two blokes Mr.Aniruddha Sur and Mr. Tata Venkat Manish who helped us achieve with full zeal

you must use the marketting expertise you have in your local group,
there are many I see on the forum, so that you reach to every hobbyist in town.

Yes, it was a treat.
Dont worry about the best in world to give you demos and lectures.
Even you can give an educative lecture, all a newbie needs is a step by step routines to have a successful aquarium.

hey bro yes.
We even had a dedicator videographer for the whole event. Must say he did a great job within limited time to respond.
Please find the video below, there are few shortcomings, but I hope it serves you the best. Also hope you get something to improvise when you guys too host such an event.
