Is this HC or something else?!

I bought this online and when I got these plant it's leaves were small and round shaped like HC Cuba. But after a week or two these began to grow taller with long leaves. I think it is something other than Cuba and it looked like Cuba earlier just because of being an emersed form of some other plant.

It's not an easy task to replant about 250 or more plants to the background as the places are already occupied.
Any other suggestions?!
I wish if there is a fish that eats only the newly coming leaves just to prune my carpet.
