What are it tankmates, filtration and other details!!!

Looking good, but looking at the aquarium interior and decor I guess you could improve it little.

Few observations:
1. They prefer cooler water (not exceeding 23 degrees0
2. They need land area or area where they can rest outside of water.
3. Substrate: Please have fine grained sand cause they glide over them and chances of getting injured on sharp stone chips kind of gravel or sharp edges of plastic plants are enormous
4. they are reasonably peaceful, so i am not sure how well they will compete for food and other stuff with your cichlid tankmates.

Also to add to the gravel point - The gravel should not be small enough for them to swallow and if they do it will cause a major health problem for them...

Ok...

Remove the fish, or keep it in a separate tank...
