Vijendra nice specimens the tylomelania snap you have posted the white part is the scar, it will stay permanent and can damage more to the snail if you don't start treating it properly.
Its known as Snail Erosion

And also the lower part of its shell is broken, their shells end with a pointed cone like structure.

Should hard water with calcium additions help the tank?

Nope its more of a permanent damage and its a gradual process through which you have to do it.
A calcium deposit in the tank will help but concentration should be given more to the calcium intake in the food.
