I am using Seachem nitrogen,potassium,phosphorus ,iron & seachem flourish is it sufficient for healthy,dense growth of plants or i switch to DIy fertilizer.

Swapan, fertilizers are not only responsible for the growth of plants.There are several other factors such as light and Carbon. So consider all of those.

And the price that you pay for branded bottle fertiliser, with the same price you can buy your macros and make a DIY and it will last you for years.
You can collect Walter/Micro/Beer/Grindals/ - Worm Cultures and plant cuttings from my tanks after I've pruned. +919833462069

any other alternative for micros/trace elements as csm-b is hard to get or how seachem trace elements will do?

You can try Indian brands. Aamir have sourced some of those to sale commercially. You can contact to him. You can also try Fertilon of Vardhaman Fertilizers. But its reports are very bed. I have also used it in past but never got desired results.

My tank is 37Gallons & currently I'm dosing seachem flourish (Weekly) & glut every alternate day.

Now, I've also bought macro nutrients (kno3, k2so4, mgso4), so i need help in making a dosing solutions.

I'm calculating using following website based on (The Estimative Index), please verify.
