Got seachem iron and comprehensive.. Need some suggestion about their dosing and these should be dosed when lights are off??

I want to order CSM-B x1 for myself. Does anybody else need it in Delhi so that we can share shipping cost. Currently using local products, so canl wait for others to order together.
